Vale de Vila, luxury villa Silves, was completed in 2009. It is an astonishing, very luxury, stylish villa, situated in the country side of the Algarve, close to the historical town of Silves.  

Vale de Vila is located on a hill, in a valley with orange groves and olive orchards in the interior of the Algarve. Set amidst an unspoiled countryside the luxury villa offers totally secluded luxury on a private estate of 5000 m2. The country side and distance sea views of Vale de Vila are fantastic.

The luxury villa Silves was renovated under supervision of an architect and is suitable for up to 12 persons. Vale de Vila breathes an  peaceful atmosphere and offers a paradise where you can enjoy the sundown, cool off in the private pool or read a book in the shade of the covered colonial terrace.

Accommodation

The modern luxury villa Silves is elegantly decorated with a successful mixture of stylish, trendy elements and Moorish accents.

The large living and dining area of the luxury villa Silves is divided in two parts. One part is used as lving area. It has a lounge area with very comfortable sofas, a wood burning fire, a large HD TV screen with satellite TV, an integrated music system, an I-pod docking, wifi and a DVD player. The other part is an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is more then well equipped with modern appliances like a XL oven, five ring gas hob, a special water tap with filtered drink water, a micro wave and an espresso coffee machine. The large wooden table and chairs are the perfect place to enjoy dinner! Folding doors lead to the large colonial terrace outside where you can really relax and unwind.

Vale de Vila offers the possibility to have your own cook. Either you like an international menu or an authentic Portuguese meal, your chef will serve you a tasteful lunch or dinner!

Bedrooms

The bedrooms of the luxury villa Silves all have comfortable beds and high quality linen and bath-towels. There are 6 en-suite bedrooms in total of which 1 is situated in a separate apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed, a double shower and an entrance to the large covered terrace. The other 4 bedrooms of the luxury villa Silves have twin beds, one with bath, the rest with showers. One is suitable for disabled/infirm people. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. All bathrooms are cosy and luxurious.

Children are warmly welcomed in the luxury villa Silves and will surely feel at home. There is nice large lawn and play ground with swings, see saw and basket ball net. A cot and high chair are provided on request.

The luxury villa Silves has a natural air circulation system which can be regulated to your own comfort, plus an alarm system. Vale de Vila Silves has floor heating provided by solar system.

The villa has an extra bedroom with a sofa bed, that can accommodate an extra 4 persons in single beds! The colourful annex is in the garden, and has a nice terrace with hammock and other seatings. The annex itself has a bath room with shower, toilet and sink, plus a table and chairs.

Outside

The luxury villa Silves is adjusted for outdoor living. It has beautiful gardens, a private pool and several sunny and shady places to relax. There’s also an outdoor kitchen with grill, a built in barbecue, large table, other seating and cooking facilities.

The main colonial, covered terrace of Vale de Vila Silves has a large dining table, comfortable sofas and soft chairs. From here you really have a splendid view at the swimming pool, the country side and the sea in the distance. A perfect place to enjoy your lunch or dinner, sitting in the shade with a glass of Portuguese wine in your hand!

In the garden of the luxury villa Silves there are several terraces. They all offer lovely spots to unwind and relax and enjoy the quietness and nature. The pool is heated by a solar system and nicely lit at night with various colours. Children love this! The inviting swimming pool is the sparkling centre of the gardens with a nice wooden deck, sun lounges and shady areas. Swimming, sunbathing or relaxing in the comfortable lounge-chairs really feels like paradise!

Surroundings

Luxury villa Vale de Vila lies in Central Algarve, just outside Silves with its beautiful Moorish castle. Central Algarve is the land of the orange groves. From the villa it's only a short drive to the Algarvian golf courses, beaches and water parks.

Silves still maintains its medieval charm of the old days. It has a 7-arched Roman bridge, red sand stone fortress and 13th century cathedral. Winding cobbled streets lead to picturesque squares, churches and colourful cafés.

From the luxury villa Silves towards the beautiful coast of the Algarve is only 15 minutes by car. Here you’ll find lively coastal resorts as well as small fishing villages where you can still experience a Portuguese atmosphere. The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches.

If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari.

Vale de vila was beyond our expectations so much better than the pictures look! Fab! Lovely to be in the middle of the orange groves nothing too far if you have a hire car. Fantastic the large seating areas out doors were fantastic the pool and gardens immaculate excellent facilities. The kitchen was brilliant, so great to have plenty of everything like plates glasses etc very well equipped. Bedrooms were lovely. Fantastic villa great facilities, tastefully done, spacious nice and cool, lovely decor.
