Since 1900, the mill that gave its name to this place and, more recently, to the house that shares the same space and prolongs life beyond time itself. Between land and sea, and always under blue skies, memories, vaults and a hatch that is always open to the newcomer. This stylish, Mill and Villa, is very nice decorated with lots of antique that gives a very special homey atmosphere to it. The luxury part is that ALL bedrooms have A/C, there is a private game room with pool table, TWO private pools and private tennis court and ausumn views. MAIN HOUSE: GROUND FLOOR: Lounge/dining/well equipped kitchen. 1 twin room, 2 doubles en-suite, Cloakroom. FIRST FLOOR: 1 twin with bathroom en-suite. Games room. ANNEXE (attached to main house, also own entrance): Lounge, 1 bathroom. Small kitchenette. Stairs to: 1 double. 1 twin WINDMILL: Small sit area with sink & fridge. Shower room. Steep spiral stairs to: Sleeping area with double bed.

Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

We provide towels and linen, but please bring your own beach towel. A clean villa, however, we ask you to leave the property tidy at the end, no dirty dishes, and please remove your rubbish and empty bottles; We are happy to assist you with any car hire, outdoor activities, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need. Most villa’s, the owner supply a welcome refreshment, like a bottle of wine, some fruit, water and or some snacks and we try to have in all the villa’s information about things to do in the Algarve and local maps. We also invite you to our blog, where we inform you about things to do in the Algarve, information about the Algarve, Special offers, new villa’s we take on. You can subscribe to our blog, so you will never miss any information.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In this case, we recommend a hire car or mini-bus for getting about, exploring and stocking up. We would also recommend hiring vehicles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September. We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
