There is air-conditioning throughout the house and chalets (at an extra cost, see prices) and outside you will find many shady terraces with commanding mountain views as far as Silves, Portimao and beyond. The location and layout of the lodge make this the perfect place for family holidays and if you are foodies you will be in heaven in the central outdoor kitchen.

The Lodge has a main farmhouse with a double and a twin bedroom, sofa bed, 2 bathrooms and there are 2 luxury, wooden chalets, each with its own double bedroom/bathroom, kitchenette, lounge w. sat. TV, plus one sofa bed. There are 5 air conditioning units (extra cost), 4(!) kitchen(ettes), 2 swimming pools (1 especially for younger kids), 5 fridges(!), 3 sat receivers + 5 TV’s, 60 DVDs, table tennis, darts, lots of kids games. Lots of privacy, but nice gathering in between the chalets and house with commun outdoor dining area w. professional chef's kitchen! Everything about the lodge is stylish and finished to the highest standards

Provisional booking can be made by Email.
A contract will be sent by return, by Email.
Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

On arrival, all of our guests receive a welcome refreshment pack, consisting of a selection of cold drinks, some snacks and some fresh fruit of the season.
We will explain how to get to local shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and beaches.
For the use of guests, each villa has various maps of the area, some guide books and some tourist information that you will find useful.
Some have a board games, outdoor games, and a library of paperback books.
All have radios and CD players, most have TV´s, satellite systems and DVD players.
We are happy to assist with any car hire, mountain-bike hire, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In our opinion, this makes a hire car or mini-bus essential.
We would also reccomend hiring viechles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September.

We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
