Accommodation

The villa Lagos, completed in 2008, was accomplished by a well-known design company located in the Algarve. They used polished, limestone flooring, waxed, polished walls and high quality, contemporary fittings in the kitchen.
Warm colours, high quality furnitures and decorations, makes this villa Lagos a unique holiday villa in the centre of Lagos Algarve.
Ground floor
A nice entrance hall with guest toilet, leads you to the open, spacious lounge area with built in fire place, DVD, I Pod-docking and CD player. At the rear of the lounge area is a nice open dining area, to the open fully fitted, well equipped kitchen.  The kitchen of the villa Lagos has modern appliances like an electric hob, fridge, freezer, dish washer and oven.
The first floor of the villa Lagos has two spacious twin bedrooms with shared bathroom with shower. All decorated in warm sandy and white colours with nice decorations.
From the court yard of the villa Lagos, you have stairs leading up to the third floor, a separate entrance to the third, en-suite bedroom with twin beds, and bath.

Outside

The inner courtyard of the villa Lagos, to the rear of the holiday villa Algarve, is paved with limestone and planted with a palm tree and exotic plants. Walk into the azure waters of the pool, reminiscent a Roman bath. From your villa Lagos you walk into the centre of Lagos, within a couple of minutes, which offers a balance of charm and history of the Portuguese culture with a blend of creature comforts and facilities to please your desires.
The villa Lagos has a nice outdoor terrace to enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinners, overlooking the inner court yard. The pool area has ample quality sun beds.
The villa Lagos has an integral private garage for one car.

Surroundings

Lagos
Casa Urbano, villa Lagos, located in the center of historic town  Lagos. Lagos is an ancient and dynamic coastal town in the Algarve, proud of its historic past – it played an important role in the Great Maritime Discoveries. The little port of Lagos Portugal is nestled in one of the biggest bays in Europe, which offers clear and calm beaches with their ochre rocks carved by the sea.
Lagos centre offers a maze of cobbled criss-crossed streets of note-worthy architecture, fine restaurants and shops, beautiful beaches and vibrant night life.

The nearby large beach of Meia Praia is about 3 km away, while the spectacular Ponta da Piedade rock formation, with beautiful caves is a little further (3 km).

The immediate surrounding area offers a full range of amenities and activities, including restaurants, bars and extensive night life. Golf is available at the nearby courses of Parque da Floresta, Boavista,
Palmares, Penina or Morgado. Water sports include water skiing, windsurfing, sailing, diving, deep-sea fishing. motorboat cruises, centred round the bustling Marina Lagos. Further Algarve activities are jeep and dolphin safaris, horseback riding, tennis, clay pigeon shooting, bowling and micro-light flying.
