Casa Silves has a large private pool, outdoor kitchen, 2 bbq’s and various nice terraces to enjoy the the piece and beauty of the well established, mature gardens en surroundings. Casa Mira is close to Silves, golf courses and beautiful beaches. Casa Silves is a private villa, ideal to get away from everything, in quiet surroundings but close to everything you need for a perfect holiday in the Algarve!

Accommodation

Casa Silves has 4 bedrooms, of which 3 on ground/entrance level, downstairs on pool/garden level is a self catering apartment with its own entrance. The furnitures and decorations of Casa Mira, are modern and comfortable.

You enter Casa Silves in an entrance hall. On the right you find a semi open kitchen with 2 gas rings and 2 electric. The kitchen of Casa Mira is well equipped with micro wave, coffee machine, juicer, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine.
On your left of Casa Silves, you find 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed, and is en-suite with shower/bath and double sink. This bedroom has air-conditioning and satellite TV.

Casa Silves has another double bedroom and a twin bedroom whith a shared bathroom with a bath/shower.
The hall leads you to the open, spacious dining and lounge area, with nice comfi sofas around a wood buring fire place. Here you find Sat. TV, DVD, Video, Wifi and there is a sonos music system. Casa Silves has inside and outside speakers to enjoy your own music even when you swimming in the pool!

Casa Silves has at garden/pool level an self catering apartment, with lounge, dining, kitchen with 4 ring gas hop, fridge/freezer and micro wave. The independent  appartment of Casa Mira, has a twin bedroom with sat. TV.

Outside

Casa Silves has an unique position on top of a hil, and features suberb views of the nearby country side and sea views in the distance.

The enclosed 4500 m2 gardens of Casa Silves, are well-established with nice trees such as Palms, nice lawn, and some beautiful flowers like the bird of Paradise (see picture). While enjoining the fantastic views, and the surrounding country side, you can laze on the double, four posted soft bed in the garden, after a refreshing dip in the nice kidney shaped swimming pool.

Enjoy a BBQ at the pool side terrace with table and chairs, or one level up, next to the kitchen is the outdoor kitchen area of Casa Silves, with another BBQ, Pizza oven and  hob. A nice place to have lunch and dinners. Ample terraces with shady and sunny areas that is what Casa Silves offers, some terraces with table and chiars, others with soft sofa's. All offering relax surroundings, and magnificent views.

The villa Silves is nicely illuminated in the evenings, providing the perfect ambiance for a barbeque, dinner or  enjoying the sunset.

Surroundings

The historic fortress town of Silves is a 10 minute drive awayand here you can find all amenities, bars, terraces and restaurants.. The villa Silves located in a quiet location in the Algarve countryside between the towns of Albufeira and Portimaô. Both towns have numerous restaurants and bars. The closest beach is just 15 minutes away by car. You'll find a small supermarket and authentic Portuguese bars within walking distance.

The historic town of Silves with its castle and Gothic cathedral is well worth a visit. From the villa Silves, you can enjoy wonderful walks straight from the villa. The area is also perfect for mountain biking and horse riding. The Monchique Mountain Range is 20 kilometres away. It has the highest point in the Algarve and offers superb views of the region. Golfers can have the time of their lives here on the Algarves many golf courses. Silves has two 18-hole courses, Oceanico Faldo and Pestana Golf, are nearby.
