The Round House, luxury villa Albufeira,  is a private villa on top of a hill with panoramic views over the green valley and the Algarvian south coast. The luxury villa Albufeira is an unique place with optimum privacy.

The Round House, located central Algarve, in the countryside, and only 10 minutes drive to the beaches of the Algarve, and  very close to lively Albufeira.

Accommodation

The Round House Albufeira, set on 6000 m2 of private grounds, can accommodate 10 guests in 5 spacious, nicely decorated bedrooms and 4 luxury bathrooms. The luxury villa has a cosy athmoshere, with nice antique furnitures, combined with modern, trendy luxury elements. The bedding and linen are of high standards.
The centre of the luxury villa Albufeira, has a large circular room, therefor we named the villa the Round House! Here you find a cosy living area, in the middle a fire place and a dining area. Modern facilities such as central heating, plasma TV screen with sattelite tv, DVD, CD player, computer and Wifi internet connection.

The living room of the luxury villa has 4 large french doors leading to a huge covered colonial terrace, with superb views towards the coast and green valley.

Left wing
The left wing of the luxury villa has a large kitchen with all amenities, including: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, 6-rings gas hob and oven. The kitchen overlooks the pool, and has entrance to the covered terrace. This wing of the the Rounde House Albufeira is the master bedroom, en-suite with a spacious shower, bath, two sinks and toilet. Adjacent to this bedroom is a large sun terrace.

Right Wing
In the right wing of the luxury villa Albufeira,  are 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom. The green bedroom has two single beds. From this bedroom you can enter the covered terrace. The blue bedroom has also two single beds, and views across the valley. The Arabesque bathroom has a spacious 2 person shower, a toilet and two washbasins.

Ground floor
On the ground floor of the Round House Albufeira are another two large, en-suite master bedrooms with large doors to the covered terrace. Two luxurious bathrooms with toilet, shower and sink.

All mattresses and linen are of premium and there are plentiful quality towels.

Outside

An holiday in the Algarve, is a holiday to the sun! Outside areas are important! The Round House Albufeira, is made for outdoor living all year around.  The luxury villa is surrounded by nice gardens and terraces. Nice dinners can be held on the covered colonial terrace with large wooden table and chairs, with superb views.  Enjoy the sunset, with a glass of wine in the soft seating area followed by a BBQ on the same terrace with outdoor kitchen. In the evenings the gardens, pool and terrace is nicely lit.
Enjoy a fresh dip in the private pool and get some the sun at one of the sun lounges.

Children's Paradise:
The Round House Albufeira,  is an ideal luxury villa for children. Childfriendly in terms of safety as well,  all stairs have gates to provide the children go unattended to pool area or garden areas.
Specially for the young ones, there is made a children's valley. Here you find a trampoline, a tree house, swings, sand pit, hammocks, and a police van to play with. But also the parents can enjoy themselfes, what about a game of boule or table tennis? The Round House is a paradise for children and adults!

Surroundings

Within 15 or fewer kilometres from the Round House Albufeira, you can find golf courses, gorgeous beaches, cinemas, bowling, zoo, sand sculpture show in summer, water parks, boat trips, water sports, local museums, wine tastings, horse riding, historic Silves castle, seaside cafés and restaurants, local pottery shops, bars, nightlife, concerts and street music (summer)
Algoz, 2/3 km from the luxury villa,  is a market town, once a month there is a very large 'gypsy' market, where you find cheap clothes, Portuguese crockery, shoes, a real taste of Portugal.
Albufeira is a very lively place to visit. During summer, there are many festivals and other entertainments, plus you will find various beaches to visit.

Zoo Marine is always high on the list for the little ones, to see the dolphins, and other shows, and a water park is also not far from the luxury villa. Krazy World, 5 km from the Round House Albufeira, has swimming pools, animals and krazy golf for youngsters.

Restaurants and bars:
In Algoz, only 3  kilometres away from your luxury villa, you can find 3 traditional Portuguese restaurants, 1 chicken piri-piri, 1 northern European, as well as a trendy, up-market exotic mix restaurant with romantic outdoor patio as well as several cafés and snack bars. Galé, close to Albufeira, has a famous 2 star Michelin restaurant, Vila Joya.
