Accommodation

The luxury villa Algarve is a magnificent farmhouse construction on two levels, and has 1 double and 5 twin bedrooms, 3 are en-suite plus large bathroom w. spacious shower and twin bath, all heated and air-conditioned. Each bedroom of the luxury villa Algarve, has been decorated in a different color, creating lovely individual spaces.

Quinta do Castelo Silves, luxury villa Algarve, has large living spaces inside and outside with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and dining room, a spacious lounge with large plasma screen TV, DVD, and stereo. The interior design throughout of the luxury villa Algarve, is very stylish with a blend of antique Moroccan furniture and fittings and contemporary art and design. Step out onto the terrace of Quinta do Castelo Silves, and you will find an outdoor lounge with kitchen and dining area with views overlooking Silves castle.

The luxury villa Algarve has 6 air-conditioned bedrooms divided over two floors and is fitted out and equipped to the highest standards. Central heating and wood burning fire, for the fresh evenings.

Quinta do Castelo also offers free wifi, fax, telephone and computer, so if you really have to work during your holiday in the Algarve, is this well possible in the luxury villa. The spacious dining-kitchen area, is well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, professional cooker. The dining-area has an open-fireplace and looks over the adjacent colonial veranda of the luxury villa. In the main hall is an extra toilet.

On the same level of the luxury villa, there are three master bedrooms with private bathrooms (shower, washbasin, toilet) and several cabinets. For your valuables there is a safe/locker with private codes.

On the first floor of Quinta do Castelo Silves, you find another 3 bedrooms with a spacious bathroom, a unique 2 person bathtub, 2 washbasins, shower and toilet. This luxuriously equipped bathroom has central heating. The luxury villa  Algarve, has central heating on gas and 2 open fires. All mattresses and bed linen are fist class quality. Bath towels are supplied, however for the beach you have to take your own!

In summer, as well as during winter periods, the climate in Quinta do Castelo Silves is very comfortable, due to the special wooden roof construction of the luxury villa Algarve, in which cork insulation was used. The luxury villa has a natural air-circulation system, which can be regulated to suit your comfort.

Outside

The luxury villa Algarve, is adjusted for outdoor living with beautiful sub tropical gardens, a private pool and a natural pool (ph7), jacuzzi plus several sunny and shady places to relax. The large roofed veranda of Quinta do Castelo Silves, has an area of approx. 50 square meters and is furnished with a beautiful teak lounge set and a dining set with a outdoor kitchen for wok cooking, barbecue and a large drink refrigerator. Near the swimming pond, at the front of the veranda terrace you will find the panoramic lounge with spacious seating and superb views to the castle of Silves. A shady area to relax and unwind and drink a nice Portuguese wine! The luxury villa has a gas fire pit, which is nice for the evenings. On this level you will find the jacuzzi.

The inviting swimming pool of the luxury villa Algarve, is the sparkling center of the gardens with an cocktail bar with fridge. Swimming, sunbathing or relaxing in the comfortable lounge-chairs really feels like paradise! There is a nice lawn with playing ground for the children. The swimming pond of the luxury villa has fresh water and is based on ecological use of water. For children it’s a great relieve to be able to swim the whole day in crystal clear water.

The water is kept clean with a natural filtering system and is under inspection of a local water-control office. During the season engineers test the water on a regular basis. However: Children are only allowed to swim when their parents or other adult persons guide them.

Surroundings

Quinta do Castelo, luxury villa Algarve, is located north of Silves where you can find, all necessary facilities.

The old fairy-like Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a few kilometres away from the luxury villa. It’s a pleasant town on a hill with cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a castle.

From the luxury villa Algarve towards the beautiful coast of the Algarve is only 15 minutes by car. Here you’ll find lively coastal resorts as well as small fishing villages where you can still experience a Portuguese atmosphere. The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches.

If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, sky diving, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari.
