Luxury villa Domus Manor, is and very spacious Portuguese Manor villa Algarve, situated in the hills of Boliqueime Portugal, with magnificent sea views. This tastefully decorated Algarvian Manor luxury villa is built in a U shape, with 5 bedrooms with a/c, 3 bathrooms, large outside dining area, private pool, hot tub, outside lounge, all exclusively furnished. The children will be spoilt with a sand pit, wooden hut with slide, plus the luxury villa Algarve has a table tennis table, badminton and a large outdoor chess play!
A lovely well kept garden and a large sun terrace. Because of its perfect central location near many golf courses and entertainment spots and its tranquil surroundings, this exceptional luxury villa Boliqueime, in the country side, is one of the best places to stay in the region. From the lounge area in the outdoor sitting room, or even from the hot tub, you can watch your favorite TV programs in the pleasant evening air, while sipping a glass of wine.

Accommodation

Domus Manor with 660 m2 living area is very tastefully decorated. All floors have the typical, traditional Portuguese tiles, which give a warm athmosphere to the luxury villa Boliqueime. The enormous spacious living room (150 m2) has a comfortable sitting area with fireplace and flat screen TV, plus contains an extensive library for guests use.
The large kitchen-breakfast room of the luxury villa Boliqueime, has all amenities and comforts, and includes an antique fireplace.
In the hall near the entrance is a guest toilet plus a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer and an extra large refrigerator.

The luxury villa comprises 5 large bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning. There are also 3 bathrooms with bath and shower.
In the left wing you will find separate master bedroom with flat screen TV, its own dressing room and large bathroom wit separate bath and shower. The patio doors give access to the outdoor lounge room with jacuzzi.
The other bedrooms are located in the right wing, and have patio doors to the main terrace and private pool. These bedrooms share two bathrooms.
The Domus Manor is equipped with satellite TV, with among others Dutch, English and German channels, stereo, DVD, and Wifi.

All doors and windows have mosquito screens.

Outside

Domus Manor luxury villa is situated on a plot of 4000 m2 private land, in the hilly region near the picturesque village of Boliqueime. The pretty garden is fenced and beautiful maintained. It features a large lawn, and a variety of plants, colorful flowers and trees. A large covered BBQ area with round table that sits 14 people, here you find a built-in BBQ, plus gas BBQ, refrigerator and Tepanyaki plate.

The centre of the Domus Manor is courtyard with large pool. In the pool is a seating area, created by two little stairs on both sides. There is a deep and shallow end. Next to the pool is the jacuzzi. All beautiful lit at night. The courtyard has another nice large wooden table and chairs, and ample sun lounges, to enjoiy and relax near the pool, while absorbing the fantastic views of the garden, and coast.

Another large outside, covered, lounge area is created, with soft sofas and chairs, large satellite TV screen. An ideal place to watch the sun goes down, while zipping your nice Portuguese wine.

As mentioned above, the luxury villa has lots of entertainment for the children like sandpit, and wooden play hut with slides. Besides that there is table tennis table and a large outdoor chess game!

Surroundings

The luxury villa Boliqueime, located central in the Algarve, is only 20 - 25 minutes drive from Faro airport, famous resorts such as Vale de Lobo, many renowned golf courses and fabulous beaches. The Algarve has many fine restaurants within easy reach but uniquely the villa can be rented with a Professional Chef.

The nearest village called Boliqueime, a picturesque village in the Algarve, where you find a few shops, a supermarket, bars and restautrants.. A little drive further is Loule, an old lively city, with numerous cobbled streets, pedestrian shopping area, large fruit and vegetable market, and many bars and restaurants to visit. Loule has many festivals during the year, like Carnival in February, an international music festival in June, international Jazz festival in July, and White Night end of August. From Boliqueime is approximately 15 minutes drive to the beautiful beaches (Falésia / Olhos de Agua). In the Vilamoura area are several golf courses located.
