Casa Vilarinha is a beautiful luxury villa Silves, situated in a quiet green valley with hills, vineyards and orange groves in the interior of the Algarve. Set amid an unspoiled countryside between Silves en Messines, the luxury villa Silves offers totally secluded luxury on a private estate of 1500 m2 of landscaped gardens and 400 m2 of built-up area. The location in a green valley with olive trees, fruit trees and rolling hills is truly astonishing.

Casa Vilarinha is an ideal place for friends and family reunions.

Accommodation

In 2005 the luxury villa Silves was totally restored and refurbished under supervision of an architect. Inside as well as outside. The owners have chosen for a warm Moroccan style villa. The luxury villa Silves breathes a very special, warm atmosphere. The Moroccan style is reflected in all in- and outdoor furniture, bathroom tiles and the antiques. There is central heating throughout the luxury villa Silves. For children there are 2 cots and a high chair.

The main luxury villa has 4 en-suite bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, all the others have twin beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The very nice decorated bathrooms all have walk-in showers. There is one with bath.

Only 10 meters from the main luxury villa Silves lies an apartment with another 2 en-suite twin bedrooms, both with walk-in shower. One bedroom has a little fridge and coffee machine. Both rooms have air-conditioning (optional at 50 euro/week extra). All beds, linen and towels are of outstanding quality.

The open kitchen and dining area of Casa Vilarinha is also tastefully decorated, cosy and well equipped. The lounge of the luxury villa Silves has satellite TV, DVD, CD/radio player and a wood burning stove. The lounge leads to a beautiful double covered terrace overlooking the superb garden. The many tables, chairs, sofas, cushions and a fire place make the terrace a perfect spot for relaxing.

Outside

The luxury villa Silves is set up for outdoor living and fresco dining with its many terraces and sunny and shady areas. When you enter Casa Viliarinha Silves there is large patio with outdoor kitchen with built in BBQ, fridge and large work top. Completed with a large Moroccan dining table, chairs and little water feature, this place is ideal for dining and wining.

Another place to wine, dine and relax outside the luxury villa Silves is the covered colonial terrace. It overlooks the lush, landscaped gardens, kidney shaped pool and double swing bed between the tropical palm trees. The covered terrace has a  large table, chairs and nice soft seating area and a small table and chairs next to the outdoor fire place. The terrace has a gate and a small staircase that leads to the garden below. To avoid the steps there is also another entrance to the garden and pool area.

For the children there is a playground with double swing, seesaw and sand pit. At the back of the garden of the luxury villa Silves you can pick your own fruit such as oranges!

Surroundings

Although Casa Vilarinha is situated in the interior of the Algarve, all necessary facilities and highlights are within small distance from the luxury villa Silves.

Only 5 minutes away by car you find a little village called Vale de Fuzeiros, where you find 3 bars/restaurants, where they serve excellent, Portuguese food for very little money!

The old fairy-like Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a few kilometres away from the luxury villa Silves. It’s a pleasant town on a hill with cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a castle. Messines is a typical Portuguese village with an authentic centre, sunny terraces and charming cafés.

From the luxury villa Silves towards the beautiful coast of the Algarve is only 25 minutes by car. Here you’ll find lively coastal resorts as well as small fishing villages where you can still experience a Portuguese atmosphere. The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches.

If you are looking for an active holiday in the Algarve, there are lots of possibilities for snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari
