Casa Saborosa, a beautiful restored Algarvian farmhouse with separate guest house. More than just another holiday villa, it is a luxury villa Algarve with antiques but modern facilities with luxury fixtures and fittings.
The luxury villa Algarve, is south facing with panoramic views of the Algarve and is the perfect setting for a wonderful holiday. Located in short distance north of Boliqueime and is only a short drive from the most famous golf courses and fabulous beaches.

Accommodation

'Saborosa' means tasteful, Casa Saborosa is a very tasteful decorated and furnished luxury villa in the Algarve. This gives a very 'homey', cosy atmosphere. The main villa has 4 en-suite bedrooms, and next to this, is the separate summerhouse with its own large living area and another en-suite bedroom.

All rooms of the luxury villa Algarve, are individually designed, some are on second level with beautiful views towards the coast!!

The open plan kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with electric hob/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridges, freezer and large wooden dinging table and chairs. The luxury villa Algarve has china, cutlery and glasses for up to 12 guests.  Hot and chilled water dispenser with FREE bottled water. There is  an extra fridge in the garage plus tumble dryer.
The cosy sitting room has an open fire, small plasma screen, Sky TV, CD and video plus broadband internet access free of charge.

The separate summer house of the luxury villa Algarve, has as well an open fire place, a 42" plasma screen, Sky TV, DVD, Video and CD. A spacious open lounge and dining area and has air-conditioning.

Outside

The luxury villa Algarve, has a fabulous and private south facing garden with unique customer designed 3 swimming pools and jacuzzi, connected by a waterfall. Pool heating available on request.
The pools are in different levels, the top has the Jacuzzi, the connecting waterfall leads you to the children's pool, plus a large pool that can be heated.
The garden has plenty of nice trees, plants and flowers. The luxury villa Algarve has numerous different sitting areas, to enjoy the nice lawns, splendid views to Vale de Lobo and Vilamoura, and of course to barbecue. There is a gas and charcoal bbq!

Casa Saborosa has a breakfast terrace to enjoy the  full morning sun, the Italian terrace is the "get away form it all terrace", The Rotunda is the round shaded terrace with marble dining table and the Long terrace is the perfect area for entertaining. The luxury villa has gas fired central heating for the fresh winter months.

The luxury villa has the opportunity to share a private tennis court if booked in advance.

Surroundings

The luxury villa Casa Saborosa is located less than 15 minutes drive from the golden triangle of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura means easy access to the beaches and golf courses that have made the region so desirable to tourists for the past 30 years. For those seeking more traditional Portuguese influences, the market towns of Loule and Boliqueime are less than 10 minutes by car.

Algarve Shopping Center approx. 15 minutes and Faro Town around 30 minutes. All well worth a visit.
The nearest village called Boliqueime, a picturesque village in the Algarve. A little  drive further is Loule, an old lively city, with numerous cobbled streets, pedestrian shopping area, large fruit and vegetable market, and many bars and restaurants to visit. Loule has many festival during the year, like Carnival in February, an international music festival in June, international Jazz festival in July, and White Night end of August. It takes around five minutes to drive to the EN125 and 3 minutes to the nearest portal to the A22 (IP1) Junction 11, that gives you easy access to discover the Algarve Portugal.

There are a number of international and Portuguese restaurants within a short distance of the luxury villa Algarve. The pretty nearby village of Boliqueime has banking facilities, pharmacy, numerous shops and bars as has the market town of Loule.
Within a 15 minute drive are the nearest beaches, 9  renowned golf courses and Vilamoura marina.
Beaches like Falesia and Olhos d'agua. The wilder beaches of the West Coast of Portugal, suitable for surfing, are just a 50 minute drive away, as are those on the Spanish Algarve.
