Casa Colina is a beautiful luxury villa Algarve, situated in the quiet green valley of the little countryside village Vale Fuzeiros. This valley in the interior of the Algarve is covered with hills, vineyards and orange groves. Set amid an unspoiled countryside between Silves and Messines, the luxury villa offers unspoilt views on a private estate of 3000 m2.

The luxury villa Algarve lies near to Messines and was renovated and completed in 2011. The luxury villa Algarve is suitable for 12 to 16 persons. Casa Colina breathes an atmosphere of quietness and peacefulness and offers a paradise where you can enjoy beautiful sun sets and sun rises, while relaxing on the terrace or cooling of in the private pool.

The Accommodation

Casa Colina near Messines has a well equipped, rustic kitchen including a micro wave, dish washer and coffee machine. A washing machine is also present. The spacious living area ot the luxury villa Algarve is connected to the open kitchen. It has high ceilings, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with satellite TV, DVD and stereo player.

The bedrooms of the luxury villa Algarve are cosy and they all have twin beds. On the ground floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms of which one is en-suite. The other one is a shared bathroom. Both bathrooms are nicely tiled, have a Moroccan atmosphere and a large walk-in shower with rain shower! One of them is so large that the whole family can shower together, at the same time!

Upstairs you will find another 4 bedrooms. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, the other bedrooms share bathrooms. One of the 4 rooms has 4 single beds. This particular bedroom of the luxury villa Algarve is the favorite bedroom of every child! Needless to say, but from the upstairs room you have fantastic views over the valley of Vale Fuzeiros!

Outside

As the weather is perfect in the Algarve, you will be living outside for most of the time. Casa Colina near Messines is ideal for this. There is a large covered colonial terrace, with ample soft seating and large Moroccan table and chairs. It offers a lovely place to wine and dine, while enjoying the views. The terrace is fenced, to avoid the little ones going unattended to the pool area. A few steps take you down to the nice garden, with lawn, private pool and outdoor kitchen of the luxury villa Algarve.

The garden of luxury villa Algarve has an outdoor kitchen with built-in BBQ. Together with table and chairs, this is an ideal spot to enjoy some dinners during your holiday in the Algarve. The pool has an infinity edge with an overflow to a basin over the whole length of the pool. The shallow water basin is ideal for children.

The whole plot of the luxury villa Algarve is fenced and next to Casa Colina is a little playground, making Casa Colina a perfect place for families with children. There is an electric gate.

Surroundings

The village Vale Fuzeiros lies in a protected area of outstanding natural beauty. You will find 3 popular, inexpensive, typical Portuguese restaurants at walking distance. The village is part of the 'Via Algarviana', a nature walk along the entire Algarve. The signposts direct hikers to Neolithic tombs and other prehistoric sites. Bird-watching is possible near the dams of Funcho and Arade just a little drive from Casa Colina. There are several options for more walks in the surroundings of the luxury villa Algarve.

Although Casa Colina is situated in the interior of the Algarve, all necessary facilities and highlights are within small distance from the luxury villa Messines. The old fairy-like Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a 15 minutes drive away. Silves is a pleasant town on a hill with cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a castle. Messines, a 7 minutes drive from the luxury villa, is a typical Portuguese village with an authentic centre, sunny terraces and charming cafés.

From the luxury villa near Messines towards the beautiful coast of the Algarve is only 25 minutes by car. Here you’ll find lively coastal resorts as well as small fishing villages where you can still experience a Portuguese atmosphere. The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches.

If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkelling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari.
