Casa Arrochela is a beautiful luxury villa Algarve, situated at the south banks of the Arade river in the middle of the protected area 'Arrochela' near Silves. The unspoilt views from the private terrace and gardens take your breath away. Looking along the river towards Portimao you can see river banks, hilly slopes with lots of nature and bird life, unspoilt rough hills and various water streams.

The very private location makes this luxury villa Algarve a true countryside paradise to stay. The 3500 m2 private estate of the villa Silves offers you a peaceful, quiet place where you can relax and unwind, with all amenities and the picturesque town of Silves within easy reach.

Thanks to a total renovation the former farmhouse was transformed into a comfortable, luxury villa Algarve with respect for the specific minimalistic architecture of the house itself. The architect has used a lot of environmental friendly products for the interior as well as the exterior. What could we say more... less is more. Let the view and pictures speak for itself! Accommodation

Casa Arrochela near Silves is decorated with natural elements, combined with high quality materials and equipment. All rooms have nice decorations, high quality beds and linen. The villa Silves has 4 en-suite bedrooms.

When you enter the luxury villa Algarve you will find a guest toilet on your left. The first bedroom is on your right. This twin bedroom is suitable for disabled guests, with a large en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The bathroom is amended for disabled.

There are two more twin rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers. One has a mezzanine with another two beds for two extra guests in case you would like to stay with more than 8 people.

The master bedroom of the luxury villa Algarve is situated on the first floor, offering a large terrace that overlooks the Arade river. The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed and large bathroom with bath and shower.

The very well equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar and is attached to a spacious, light dining and lounge area with large windows. Doors lead to the various terraces that surround the luxury villa Algarve, all offering magnificent views at the countryside.

Outside

Casa Arrochela has a beautiful, natural outside area with various wooden decks combined with colourful plants and flowers. The villa Silves has got terraces at different levels with sunny as well as shady areas, all offering stunning views.

The larger covered terrace with large table and ample chairs is the perfect spot for your outside lunches and dinners. There is also an outdoor kitchen with fridge, freezer and built in BBQ. The luxury villa Algarve offers all facilities for enjoying outdoor living in the Algarve, a thing we all like very much!

One level below the covered terrace you will find the private swimming pool with its nice sun lounge areas. On the eastern part, where you enter the luxury villa Silves, is a ramp, providing wheelchairs access to the terrace and pool area. Here you will also find another small terrace to enjoy your breakfast while the sun is rising.

Surroundings

Although Casa Arrochela is situated in the interior of the Algarve, all necessary facilities and highlights are within small distance from the villa Silves.

The old fairy-like Silves, the former Moorish capital of the Algarve, is only a few kilometres away from the luxury villa Silves. It’s a pleasant town, situated on a hill, with cobbled streets, restaurants, shops and a castle. Messines is a typical Portuguese village with an authentic centre, sunny terraces and charming cafés.

From the luxury villa Algarve towards the beautiful coast of the Algarve is only 15 minutes by car. Here you’ll find lively coastal resorts as well as small fishing villages where you can still experience a Portuguese atmosphere. The coastal area of the Algarve is spectacular with its golden rock formations and attractive sandy beaches.

If you are looking for an active holiday, there are lots of possibilities for snorkeling, diving, sailing, jet skiing, walking, mountain biking, horse riding, tennis and golf. You can also go on a dolphin or jeep safari.
