Casa Amendoeira is a luxury villa Algarve, close to fairy-like Silves and market town Algoz. Not far from beaches and close to golf courses. All bedrooms are en-suite, the pool is heated, and has a nice covered bar, outdoor cinema and outdoor kitchen, plus private jacuzzi (5 persons, optional). Besides that, the luxury villa Algarve is wheelchair friendly! Ideal holiday villa to spent your hoiday in the Algarve with family and friends.

Accommodation

The luxury villa Algarve has two floors.
Downstairs
The entrance has a wide ramp to enter the villa. You enter in the hall, where you find a wheelchair friendly day toilet. All bathrooms are wheelchair friendly.
On the ground floor of the luxury villa Algarve, you find a large, modern, open kitchen, plus dining area in the conservatory.
The lounge has a wood burning stove for the fresh evenings, plus large, satellite TV, wifi, DVD player.

All downstairs bedrooms have air-con, upstairs not!

Bedroom 1
Large double and 1 single bed, with large en-suite wet room. Totally private patio garden area. Air conditioning/heating. HD TV. Remote lighting.
This suite has its own outside entrance as well as access from inside. The private patio is perfect for afternoon siesta and offers complete privacy.

Bedroom 2
Two single beds with good sizes,  en-suite to a luxury wet room. Ceiling fan. HD TV Remote controlled lighting. Sliding doors leading to your own patio area under the palm and rubber trees with ramp leading to the pool area.
This suite is warm and cosy in the winter with state of the art heating and cool in summer even without the air con.

Bedroom 3
This suite has a double bed or as two singles with a luxury en-suite wet room.
HD TV.
This bright south facing room has its own poolside patio with access to the pool.

Bedroom 4
Detached but close to the luxury villa Algarve, it offers a single bedroom with luxury en-suite bathroom. To the side is a private patio area where you can enjoy peace and quiet along with a glass or two of our excellent house champagne. HD TV.

First floor
Bedroom 5
This first floor enormous large luxury bedroom and is ideal for family or friends. Plenty of space for up to four sharing and has its own balcony with lovely south facing countryside and sea views. This room is not air conditioned but remains cool even in the heat of the hot summer months.

Bedroom 6
Large double en-suite to wet room.

Outside

The large pool and surrounded areas have high quality, sun lounges to relax and enjoy, with a nice cocktail after your refreshing dip in theprivate pool or heated jacuzzi!
The pool bar on the side, where you can have a coffee, tropical cocktail or a glass of champaign! Why not? It is your luxury holiday in the Algarve!
Under the trees, in the shade, a large wooden table to enjoy dinners or watch football or a film from the outdoor cinema screen.

Surroundings

The luxury holiday villa Algarve, is located in the center of the Algarve, 10 minutes drive from historic and well worth visit Silves. Here you can find all you need regarding shopping. Market town Algoz, 10 minutes drive, is a nice, typical Portuguese village to visit, with a large monthly market plus daily fish and vegetable market.
Beaches
Within easy reach, about 10 max 15 minutes drive you find gorgeous, white, long stretched beaches between Armacao de Pera and Gale. The beach bars have easy access for wheelchairs too!
Activities
The Algarve has a lot to offer, the Atlantic Ocean, where you can sail, dive, canoe or watch the dolphins. Inland for nice walks, mountain bike, or just drive around and pass some typical Portuguese little villages where the time has stand still... you name it the Algarve has it!
