Bay Tree Manor is a beautifully restored 5 bedroom luxury villa Algarve, all en-suite, situated on the side of a hill above Vilamoura, with phenomenon panoramic views of the Algarve coast.
Alta Vista Loule, has been restored to the highest standards, both inside and out, and includes outdoor dining areas, a BBQ area, a private pool, tennis court, jacuzzi, and a gym.

Accommodation

This unique luxury villa Algarve, has 5 bedrooms, of which 1 is a self contained annex with double or twin, with spacious sitting area, large windows, with superb views.

All bedrooms of Bay Tree Manor Loule, are tastefully decorated, and have a pleasant feeling.

There is 1 room with 3 single beds with en-suit bath/shower, the rest have all double beds and are en-suite

The living room of the luxury villa Algarve, has comfi sofa's, table and chairs, a 42”TV, Video, DVD and CD player.
The TV.s can access all non-pay digital channels eg. BBC1,2,3,4 and Sky News.

There is a small selection of videos and CD’s for all ages. However we would recommend you bring your own.

Bay Tree Manor Algarve has a selection of games and cards in the sitting room. These include an old Trivial Pursuits, Scrabble, Rummikub. Bridge tables can be provided on request.

The kitchen of the luxury villa has another dining table, and is modern and very well equipped with all modern appliances. The utility room has an extra freezer.

The inner hall has stairs to roof terrace and landing. The landing of the luxury villa Algarve, has a desk and is very useful for working members of the party. You can access the free wire less internet.

Outside

Bay Tree Manor, luxury villa sits on 4000m2 of private grounds. A large terrace, with nice table and chairs, around a built in BBQ. A few steps down takes you to the pool area, with ample sun lounges to enjoy the sun after a refreshing dip in the large infinity pool, with great views.

The west facing terraces and gardens of Bay Tree Manor Algarve, are a great vantage point for watching spectacular sunsets. You will find fabulous mature gardens with citrus fruits, avocados and mango's.

For the more sporty guests of the luxury villa Algarve, we have a bit further down an artificial grass private tennis court, and a gym area. To relax the muscles, we recommend the private jacuzzi!

The roof Terrace of Bay Tree manor Algarve, has another large sunbathing area but we recommend children should not access unaccompanied. It also houses the TV satellite dish.

Surroundings

The luxury villa Aglarve, located less than 15 minutes drive from the golden triangle of Quinta do Lago, Vale do Lobo and Vilamoura means easy access to the beaches and golf courses that have made the region so desirable to tourists for the past 30 years. For those seeking more traditional Portuguese influences, the market towns of Loule and Boliqueime are less than 10 minutes by car.

Algarve Shopping Center approx. 15 minutes and Faro Town around 30 minutes. All well worth a visit.

The nearest village called Boliqueime, a picturesque village in the Algarve. A little drive further is Loule, an old lively city, with numerous cobbled streets, pedestrian shopping area, large fruit and vegetable market, and many bars and restaurants to visit. Loule Algarve, has many festivals during the year, like Carnival in February, an international music festival in June, international Jazz festival in July, and White Night end of August. It takes around five minutes to drive to the EN125 and 3 minutes to the nearest portal to the A22 (IP1) Junction 11, that gives you easy access to discover the Algarve Portugal.
There are a number of international and Portuguese restaurants within a short distance of the luxury villa Boliqueime. The pretty nearby village of Boliqueime has banking facilities, pharmacy, numerous shops and bars as has the market town of Loule.

Within a 15 minute drive are the nearest beaches, 9 renowned golf courses and Vilamoura marina.

Beaches like Falesia and Olhos d'agua. The wilder beaches of the West Coast of Portugal, suitable for surfing, are just a 50 minute drive away, as are those on the Spanish Algarve.
