Additional notes
The villa has separate entrances for both floors, so could be split into two self-contained units if desired.
The market town of Messines is around 4 km away and has all of the usual banks, services and supermarkets as well as a daily market. The nearest beaches are a 15 - 20 minute drive away, as are the nearest golf courses.

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In this case, we recommend a hire car or mini-bus for getting about, exploring and stocking up. We would also recommend hiring vehicles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September. We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
