Villa Branco is a lovely semi detached family villa situated a few Kilometres outside the market town of Messines. The villa comfortably sleeps upto 10 guests, in 3 double and 2 twin rooms and has 2 en-suite bathrooms and one other bathroom.
Located on top of a hill, it has commanding south facing views and a large, 12m x 5m, private swimming pool with diving board, loungers, and sun shades. It also has a pool table and table football.
Location is excellent: only a short distance to Faro airport, many renowned golf courses, fabulous beaches and many fine restaurants within easy reach.

You enter the house in the open lounge/dining room that connects to the fully fitted kitchen with everything you would expect in a modern kitchen, including gas hob and electric oven, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The aircon lounge has a huge sofa with ample places to sit and enjoy the Sky TV, DVD and HIfi. There are board games and books. The Villa comfortably sleeps 10 people, divided over two floors, in 3 double bedrooms and 2 twin rooms. There is one main house bathroom and two en-suite.

There are put me up beds for extra guests, cot and high chair for small children.

Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

On arrival, all of our guests receive a welcome refreshment pack, consisting of a selection of cold drinks, some snacks and some fresh fruit of the season.
We will explain how to get to local shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and beaches.
For the use of guests, each villa has various maps of the area, some guide books and some tourist information that you will find useful.
Some have a board games, outdoor games, and a library of paperback books.
All have radios and CD players, most have TV´s, satellite systems and DVD players.
We are happy to assist with any car hire, mountain-bike hire, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In our opinion, this makes a hire car or mini-bus essential.
We would also reccomend hiring viechles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September.

We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
