Top Luxury Villa in the Algarve

Algarve Housing rent villas in the Algarve, and is happy to present Vale de Vila. This Luxury Holiday Villa is recently finished (2009) and is furnished and decorated to the highest standard, with lots of nice details.

The villa has 5 en-suite bedrooms, all done with taste and style. The open kitchen to dining area with large table and chairs, is very well equipped with among others a 5 ring gas hob, microwave, espresso coffee machine and dish washer. The lounge has nice flat screen TV, with sat. TV. All leading to a south facing large covered terrace with soft seating to relax and enjoy the beautiful country site looking towards the coast and the large pool (12x 5 metres, 1.70 depth). About the Place

Casa Eulalia is a luxury villa located close to lively Albufeira, and walking distance to the beach of Santa Eulalia. An oasis, tucked away between mature Palm and Pine trees, this holiday home sleeps up to 6 persons, with private pool and gardens, and has throughout air-conditioning. The atmosphere is calm and relaxed, but the good thing is that you can walk to the shops, bars and restaurants!

The town of Albufeira is hugely popular and it’s easy to understand why. It has beautiful beaches, a colourful marina, cafes, bars and restaurants to cater for every taste.

Casa Eulalia is located to the east near the famous ‘strip’ in Areias de São João, where nightclubs, discos and bars come to life in the evening. There is always lots going on in this lively area and there is a huge selection of places to shop, eat and drink!

The Accommodation

All bedrooms have en-suite plus very nice modern bathrooms.

Bedroom 1, first floor: master bedroom with huge flat screen Sat. TV, en-suite bathroom with shower, doors to terrace overlooking garden and pool.

Bedroom 2, first floor; Double bed, ensuite modern bathroom with free standing bath and shower cubicle, plus doors to terrace;

Bedroom 3, basement, has own entrance from the garden. This room has twin beds, ensuite with shower.

Extra bed 1^st floor is a possibility.

The open kitchen/dining is very well equipped with among others micro wave, dishwasher, and induction (electric) hob. The lounge is spacious, with nice soft seating, fireplace, doors to terrace and garden. Adjacent to lounge is a TV room with Sat. TV, DVD and stereo.

Throughout there is a/c, that also heats in the winter, apart from bedroom 2. Two wood burning stoves to keep you warm during cold winter nights. There is once a week cleaning plus linen and towel change.
