Saborosa (means tasteful) has 5 en-suite bedrooms of which 3 doubles and 2 twins with 4 baths/shower/wc and one bathroom with shower/wc. All rooms are individually designed, some are on second level with beautiful views towards the coast!! The open plan kitchen/dining is fully equipped with electric hob/oven, dishwash, wash.machine, microwave, fridge/freezer and huge wooden table. Extra fridge in garage plus tumble dryer. The cozy sitting room has open fire, Sky TV, CD and video plus broadband internet access free of charge. Summer house has 42" plasma screen, Sky TV, DVD, Video and CD. Antique furniture, nice decorations, quality beds, linen and towels. Cleaning 6 days a week.

A contract will be sent by return, by Email.
Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

On arrival, all of our guests receive a welcome refreshment pack, consisting of a selection of cold drinks, some snacks and some fresh fruit of the season.
We will explain how to get to local shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and beaches.
For the use of guests, each villa has various maps of the area, some guide books and some tourist information that you will find useful.
Some have a board games, outdoor games, and a library of paperback books.
All have radios and CD players, most have TV´s, satellite systems and DVD players.
We are happy to assist with any car hire, mountain-bike hire, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In our opinion, this makes a hire car or mini-bus essential.
We would also reccomend hiring viechles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September.

We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
