Various terraces, beautiful gardens, super views gives you the feeling to be landed in an oasis of rest and peace. The unique saltwater swimming pool (10m x 5m) really has to be seen to be fully appreciated, it has infinity edges and is bordered by two ponds that are full of Lillies, Exotic Fish and Frogs. There are plenty of areas for outdoor living and dining with sun and shade in this quiet location.
The Morgado golf course is only 5 minutes away as is the beauty spa in Caldos. Both the West coast and South coast beaches are less than 30 minutes away.

A new, modern super villa, built on 5000 sq metres of private grounds. 7 en-suite twin bedrooms (4 showers, 3 baths) divided over two floors, all with high quality beds, bedding, linen and towels. A fully fitted and well equipped kitchen on the ground floor and kitchenette on the second level with little lounge. A double lounge and dining room fit easily 14 guests. Satellite TV, DVD, MP3, radio and CD player complete the living area. There is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities. On second floor covered terraces with magnificent views of the Monchique Mountains and towards the coast.
Cleaning twice a week, linen change once a week. Floor heating for fresh evenings, and fans for the hot summer nights! Wireless internet.

A contract will be sent by return, by Email.
Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

On arrival, all of our guests receive a welcome refreshment pack, consisting of a selection of cold drinks, some snacks and some fresh fruit of the season.
We will explain how to get to local shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and beaches.
For the use of guests, each villa has various maps of the area, some guide books and some tourist information that you will find useful.
Some have a board games, outdoor games, and a library of paperback books.
All have radios and CD players, most have TV´s, satellite systems and DVD players.
We are happy to assist with any car hire, mountain-bike hire, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In our opinion, this makes a hire car or mini-bus essential.
We would also reccomend hiring viechles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September.

We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
