Located just outside the town of Algoz, a short distance north of Guia in the central Algarve, this house makes a great holiday home for adults and children. This detached, 410 sq metre villa has 5 bedrooms, 1 double, rest twins, 3 ensuite plus extra large bathroom with twin shower! All walk in showers and heated. Master bedroom has bath. All matresses, pillows, towels and linen are of outstanding quality. The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing mashine. The round spacious lounge/dining area with in the middle a fireplace is furnished with with taste and style. There is satellite tv, DVD stereo player and central heating. This leads to a huge covered terrace with superb views towards the coast and green valley, all on private grounds of 4000 sq metres

Provisional booking can be made by Email.
A contract will be sent by return, by Email.
Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

On arrival, all of our guests receive a welcome refreshment pack, consisting of a selection of cold drinks, some snacks and some fresh fruit of the season. We will explain how to get to local shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. For the use of guests, each villa has various maps of the area, some guide books and some tourist information that you will find useful. Some have board games, outdoor games, and a library of paperback books. All have radios and CD players, most have TV´s, satellite systems and DVD players. We are happy to assist with any car hire, mountain-bike hire, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In this case, we recommend a hire car or mini-bus for getting about, exploring and stocking up. We would also recommend hiring vehicles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September. We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
