Casa Jacaranda is a large 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, luxury villa situated near the historic town of Silves (5KM), Central Algarve, Portugal. The house is positioned on top of a hill in established gardens and peaceful surroundings with spectacular views and total privacy.
You can relax around the private pool or soak in the hilltop Jacuzzi, you can snooze on a shady terrace or fire up the BBQ -
The choice is yours.
There is a local bar / restaurant just a ten minute walk away and its only 15 minutes to the nearest beaches by car.

The house has a large lounge, overlooking the pool, with satellite TV, DVD player and CD player, a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. The bedrooms are divided into 4 main areas, the en-suite master double bedroom is on the first floor and overlooks the pool, downstairs there is another double with en-suite and two single bedrooms (both with extra Z beds) that share a bathroom. There is a further double en-suite upstairs that has is own entrance and balcony and there is also a self contained studio apartment with a double bed, en-suite and a kitchenette.
All rooms are air conditioned
Outside there are many places for sun and shade and your own private Jacuzzi

Provisional booking can be made by Email.
A contract will be sent by return, by Email.
Within 7 days of provisional booking, a deposit of 50% of the total agreed price and the signed contract should be returned to us.
The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date.
You will then receive a booking confirmation.
Bookings made less than 6 weeks from arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.
A damage deposit of 250 Euro must be paid on arrival, refundable on departure.
Guests can access the property from 16.00 hours on day of arrival and must vacate the property by 10.00 on day of departure.

What else you get

On arrival, all of our guests receive a welcome refreshment pack, consisting of a selection of cold drinks, some snacks and some fresh fruit of the season. We will explain how to get to local shops, bars restaurants, supermarkets and beaches. For the use of guests, each villa has various maps of the area, some guide books and some tourist information that you will find useful. Some have board games, outdoor games, and a library of paperback books. All have radios and CD players, most have TV´s, satellite systems and DVD players. We are happy to assist with any car hire, mountain-bike hire, at home catering and babysitting arrangements you may need.

Car Hire

As you know by now, this house is in a semi rural location. In this case, we recommend a hire car or mini-bus for getting about, exploring and stocking up. We would also recommend hiring vehicles fitted with air conditioning for periods between June and September. We can take care of all of the arrangements, choose from the various options, email us your requirements, we will provide you with a fixed quote, and your car will be ready for collection at Faro airport on your arrival. You simply drop the car back at the airport when you return.
